About Resilient

Are you a parent or young athlete that is confused by having so many options of sports training available.

Do you know what training is best for your son or daughter? 

We help middle school and high school athletes gain the confidence needed to compete at the next level. We reduce their risk of on field injury without confusing them and their parents about what works and what doesn’t work to improve their sporting performance.

Are you an adult that doesn’t want to go to a big box gym, feel intimidated, or not knowing what to do once you are there?

We help working professionals that live an active lifestyle stay strong and fit so that they can do the activities they love longer without having to go through boring, causeless, run of the mill group fitness programs.

All of our programs are designed to be very safe, efficient, and fun.

Join Us

We’d like to invite you to a 45 minute “No Charge” Strategy Session. During this session we’ll introduce you to the the facility, what takes place in the program of your choice and help you make sure that our gym is the right place for you.
