We believe that when fitness is fun and feels good, it’s easier to stay motivated and consistent.
And that’s when results happen.
As I got older it took longer and longer to come back from injury and I was starting to wonder if I would have to give up my passion. I started training at Resilient and within a few months I was riding longer and stronger. Now I can continue doing what I love without worry.
I have always been an active person, so my biggest challenge was losing strength and balance after I got into my 40s. Injuries I had in my 20s began to limit my activity which made me feel frustrated and unsure of what to do. I joined Resilient Strength and Conditioning to get my strength back. Jason and the trainers have helped me get the strength I needed to allow me to build myself up. After working out with them, I’m stronger than I have been in years, and I haven’t had an injury, either during workouts, or during my activities.
I was so frustrated because knee pain was taking the enjoyment out hiking, one of my favorite activities. I even started to avoid it. I decided to join Resilient Strength and Conditioning to see if it would help and I’m so glad I did. The workouts felt amazing, I never got board and the camaraderie of my new workout friends really motivated me. After a short time, I started to feel stronger everywhere and was able to complete a 9-mile hike with no knee pain after only one month. I even lost 10 pounds without even trying!
