Each fully-guided group program is focused on our 5-point training system to reduce the risk of injury and promote long term athletic development.
How It Works
Schedule a Strategy Session
So we can learn about your student - their personality, their history, and their athletic starting point to define goals.
We’ll identify movement patterns that are indicative of increased injury risk and that can cause reduced performance.
Athletic Baseline Testing
We’ll test their baseline performance through a battery of physical assessments.
Build a Plan
We’ll customize a training plan just for them, and coach them every step of the way.
We’ll be with them every step of the way, monitoring their performance and optimizing their training to achieve their goals.

2019 Winter Season: DEC 2 – FEB 21
*Must assess and test before Deccember 2, 2019
2020 Spring Season: MAR 2 – MAY 22
*Must assess and test before March 2, 2020
2020 Summer Season: JUN 1 – AUG 21
*Must assess and test before June 1, 2020
2020 FALL Season: AUG 31 – NOV 20
*Must assess and test before August 31, 2020
- 12-week seasonal programs with one-week gaps between seasons for make up classes and retesting
- New clients must complete an assessment and baseline testing
- Progress must be tracked in our Train Heroic app
